The Dignitaries Lounge at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport is located just before immigration and opens 20 minutes before the 1st flight arrives and closes after the last flight departs.

The Lounge serves refreshments, i.e. coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks and is equipped with computers with Internet Access, Televisions, DVD players, games and reading materials. A small private office is also available.

Departure

The airport butler will meet guests arriving at the airport and assist with their luggage and check-in before escorting the guest to the Dignitaries Lounge and Immigration.

Arrival

Guests will be met by the airport butler at the exit and escorted to the waiting luxury car or to the Dignitaries Lounge.
